How does it work?
The system is a website which is designed to be run from a domain name that is personalised to your department.
We simply decide on an available domain name, and the system can be accessed in any web browser by your students, tutors and staff members.
What does it look like?
The system has a modern interface which can be customised to align with your Universities branding.
Primarily, the colour scheme, background and logo will be personalised for your department.
Where is the data stored?
Any data collected by the system is stored on a secure server located in Australia.
Sensitive information, such as passwords, are stored as hashes within the systems database.
Who owns the data collected?
You own all of the data collected by the system.
You can request that this data be deleted at any time, or for the data to be extracted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Who can access or view the data collected?
The data collected by the system can only be accessed by students, tutors or staff members.
The data collected is not shared with or sold to any third parties.
How can we implement this system?
Simply provide your students, tutors and staff members with the URL of the system and have them register.
What data must we provide to set up the system?
None, the system can be setup without any imported data.
However, providing lists of tutors and/or students may help to quickly kick start the system.
Can we import historical data into the system?
Yes, you can import lists of students, tutors, units, degrees, departments and grades into the system.
How can we import historical data into the system?
There are several different options:
Provide us with the relevant lists during setup and we will import them for you.
Use on of the inbuilt importing features of the system.
Integrate the system with your systems to automatically query or import the relevant data.
How can we keep our data up to date?
All data is generated by the users of the system. In the event that users do not keep their accounts up to date, staff members have the ability to maintain both student and tutor accounts.
If a large amount of data requires updating, it can be updated in accordance with the two points above.
How much will it cost?
There is a one time setup fee which depends on the size of your university and whether or not any extra work is required to align the systems processes to yours.
There is also an on going monthly fee which is based on the number of staff, students and working tutors who have accessed the system within the month.
The on going fees cover hosting, maintainence, bug fixes and limited support.

How long does setup take?
If no major process alignments are required the setup can take between 1 and 2 weeks.

What if we want to change the system or add new features?
In most cases, the system can be tailored to your needs, however, major changes to the primary features are not advised.
New features can be added to the system at any time, so long as they do not involve major changes to the primary features.
